This Privacy Policy explains how Dragonfish Entertainment LLC, doing business as DRGNFSH ("we," "us," "our," or "DRGNFSH"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you play or access Fortunia (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Plain-Language Summary
We only collect what is necessary to run the Game: your account credentials (managed via Clerk), digital unlock statuses (managed via Stripe), and basic game progress/stats.
We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Your data is handled by trusted infrastructure providers: Clerk for secure authentication, Stripe for payments, and Replit/Expo for hosting and app execution.
You control your stats. You can reset your local lifetime stats directly inside the Game at any time.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Account Information: Email address and authentication credentials handled securely via Clerk. If you sign in using Google Single Sign-On (SSO), Clerk receives your basic profile email address and account ID.
Purchase Information: One-time purchase records for digital unlocks (Fortunia the GAME, Custom/Pass-and-Play, and Lady For Expert AI). Stripe handles payment processing; DRGNFSH never sees or stores full payment card details.
Support & Communications: Emails or messages you send to us for technical support or feedback.
Information Collected Automatically
Game Progress & Local Stats: Local save metrics such as games played, win/loss history, Gold Pips earned, favorite fortunes, and condition stats.
Device & Technical Data: Basic technical data necessary for server routing, rate-limiting, and error diagnosis (e.g., operating system, app build version, and IP address).
Information We Do NOT Collect
Full credit card numbers or banking credentials.
Biometric data or precise GPS location data.
Cross-site browsing activity or advertising IDs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
Operate the Game: Authenticate your account, synchronize your digital purchase entitlements across devices, and manage game sessions.
Process Purchases: Verify digital unlocks via Stripe checkout callbacks.
Provide Customer Support: Respond to bug reports, account issues, or player inquiries.
Maintain Platform Security: Detect and prevent cheating, automated exploit botting, or fraud.

Account Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@drgnfsh.com. Upon account deletion, associated Clerk profile data is purged.
Local Stat Resets: You can wipe your local lifetime game statistics at any time within the in-game Settings → Reset Lifetime Stats menu.
Financial Records: Payment transaction metadata (e.g., Stripe purchase receipts) is retained for tax and legal accounting compliance as required by law.
6. Security
We implement standard security protocols to safeguard your information:
All network traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Password hashes and authentication tokens are managed by Clerk using encrypted secure storage (expo-secure-store on native devices).
Payment card processing is isolated within PCI-DSS compliant Stripe architecture.
7. Children's Privacy
Fortunia is intended for a general audience age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Game features or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
